Pesto

From our beloved Mark Bittman - How To Cook Everything

2 cups loosely packed basil leaves
2 cloves crushed garlic
2 tablespoons pine nuts
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup grated parmesan
Salt to taste

Place in a food processor and process.

Use on fish or pasta or things that you want to taste delicious.
